Registration

If you would like to attend the Summer School, please complete the online registration form. Payment is by credit card only and payment is required when registering, no registration will be accepted without completion of the online credit card payment section.

Registration payments after 1 February 2007 are subject to a 20% surcharge.

Cancellations: There will be no refunds of registration payments after the 15 February 2007. Refunds up till the 15 February will incur an administration fee of $100.
